2. Client Responsibilities

3. Courier Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality.
• Comply with laws and industry standards.
• Provide timely delivery.

4. Liability and Insurance

• We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
• Clients should insure high-value or sensitive items.
• We carry basic liability insurance.

5. Protection Claims

• Claims for loss or damage must be made within [14] days of delivery.
