2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate item information.
- Properly label and package items.
- Inform us of special handling needs.
- Ensure items comply with laws and regulations.
3. Courier Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Handle items with care and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Comply with laws and industry standards.
- Provide timely delivery.
4. Liability and Insurance
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- Clients should insure high-value or sensitive items.
- We carry basic liability insurance.
5. Protection Claims
- Claims for loss or damage must be made within [14] days of delivery.
- Proof of value and damage must be provided.

6. Fees and Payment
